Maintenance Checklist

A planned maintenance check-up will include the following:

• Calibrate and test thermostats

• Check and test all wiring and electrical components

• Lubricate all motors and bearings

• Check and clear the condensate drain

• Assure operating sequence of the system

Cooling

• Coils inspected and cleaned

• Check the refrigerant level for proper charge

• Inspect ductwork for leaks

Heating

• Check and adjust all gas connections, burner assembly and heat exchanger

• Test for carbon monoxide

• Monitor flue pipe emissions

• Test all safety controls

Do It Yourself

• Change air filters once a month
