“ Since you have installed the Trane, my total electric consumption has dropped 46% for June - August versus last year, even though the average August temperature was 3 degrees warmer. I estimate the the A/C accounts for about 39% of total consumption during these months. I have been able to raise the temperature in the house by 1 degree while still dropping the RH by 5-7%.
