Dear Mr Jim Bertie, This is just a note to let you know how very much we appreciate Bertie Heating & Air and the fine job and great service your company provides. We have used Bertie for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. We usually deal with Jennifer or Amanda in the office, and they have always been so very concerned with the problems we are having and about us being without heat or air. They are definitely an asset to your company. All of your technicians, including Ronnie Byrd, who was here today to install a part on the heater, have been knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. Again, we just wanted you to know how very much all of you are appreciated. Since moving to Gainesville in 1980, we have used several other companies for our heating and air, but they always let us down.
