Warranties & Maintenance

Bertie Heating & Air Conditioning Trucks in Gainesville, FL

Here at Bertie, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is why the majority of our manufacturers offer warranties on the systems we install. However, there are certain steps you have to take to ensure that this warranty stays in effect, namely routine maintenance. Manufacturers essentially want to know that you’re taking care of your system, thus require maintenance at least once per year, in order to maintain the health of the system.
