Warranties & Maintenance

Bertie Heating & Air Conditioning Trucks in Gainesville, FL

Here at Bertie, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is why the majority of our manufacturers offer warranties on the systems we install. However, there are certain steps you have to take to ensure that this warranty stays in effect, namely routine maintenance. Manufacturers essentially want to know that you’re taking care of your system, thus require maintenance at least once per year, in order to maintain the health of the system.

Warranty Requirements By Manufacturer:

Although most warranties require routine maintenance, different manufacturers have different requirements in terms of what is needed to keep a warranty in affect. Here are a few examples:

REQUIRED normal care and seasonal maintenance including (but not limited to) cleaning evaporator coil, drains, burners/heat exchangers, lubrication, adjustments and normal filter maintenance (ie. changing them as necessary).
