How We're Different

We do the math most contractors skip

A full load calculation on every job

On every replacement we start over as if it were a brand-new home and run a load calculation — whole-house, and room-by-room when it matters — to find the exact capacity your home needs in BTUs, not a rule-of-thumb "ton" guess. Homes change: additions, remodels, new insulation and windows all change the size of system a house needs, and sometimes the ductwork has to be resized to match. A load calculation is actually required by the state of Florida, yet almost nobody does it. We do it before we do anything else.

We're educators first

Most people think of an air conditioner as simply "the thing on the wall that makes a hot house cold." But there is much more to your comfort system than that, and we believe you deserve to understand your options before making a decision. Rather than pushing a sale, we will walk you through the factors that matter: proper system sizing, SEER ratings (which measure a system's energy efficiency over a cooling season), and the features and choices that can help lower your energy bills. Our goal is to educate you so you can confidently choose the system that best fits your home, comfort needs, and budget.

Equipment built for Florida

In Florida, air conditioning is not just about lowering the temperature, it is about controlling humidity. Inverter-driven systems excel in our climate because they continuously adjust their output to maintain a consistent temperature and remove moisture more effectively. Unlike traditional systems that repeatedly turn on and off at full power, inverter systems run at lower speeds for longer periods, keeping your home comfortable year-round while using significantly less electricity. The result is better humidity control, more consistent temperatures, quieter operation, and lower energy bills. In many Florida homes, an inverter system can provide superior comfort while using only a fraction of the energy of older, single-stage equipment.
