First shout out is for Tyler, who gave me an honest assessment of the situation and clear, reasonable options for resolution (which ended up requiring a total replacement.) Tyler also set us up with a temporary portable air conditioner, which was an absolute Godsend during the 2 days it took to install the new system! What a kind thing to do for us!
